Mission Statement

The Immunization Education Initiative (IEI) is a national group of nurses partnering with other Immunization supporters, who educate about the importance of immunization to enhance the health of Canadians.

The IEI is governed by an Advisory Board consisting of approximately 14-18 nurses and other immunization stakeholders, and which includes five to eight members who make up the Steering Committee.
